NextEnergy Capital Hires Chief Financial Officer

London, February 7^th, 2008 – The Board of NextEnergy Capital SaRL(the “Company” or “NextEnergy Capital”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Aldo Beolchini has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer.Mr. Beolchini joins NextEnergy Capital from Morgan Stanley & Co.

International PLC, where he worked for over seven years. He was lastly a Vice President in the London Investment Banking Department, where he held various financing and capital markets-related roles.
